Idiot Talks

Here you go. Here's what one of these fraudsters looks like. I mean, honestly - would you buy a used-camel from this putz? They start off this Breaking News broadcast with the outrageous claim -

Google is Dead...Who's the new King of Search? Results are in and it's a landslide.

No prizes for guessing they mean Yahoo. How laughable is this? The latest Neilsen Online figures have Yahoo at an earth-shattering 16.1% of the Search Market whilst Google has gone even further ahead to 64.1%. Here's the reference from a Cnet article written Jan 7, 2009

Is it just me or does this guy remind you of a certain whacked-out Iranian fundamentalist?

YahooCash4Idiots - Find Out The Truth Today they say at the end of this video. "Exackery" - as The Claw would say. In that case, go to the source - The Definitive Guide To Google Adwords. Comes with No Secret Glitches.

BTW I just tried to start a Yahoo Search Marketing PPC Campaign using the keywords Yahoo Cash 4 Idiots and Yahoo Cash For idiots and it was rejected as infringing the Editorial Guidelines. Ha Ha. So much for this clown's advice of Yahoo being a lot more relaxed than Google.

Hey Why Not Whack-Up Some Fake Review Pages?

If you go across to my blog Welcome to Wallyworld you'll see I'm also having fun attacking another sh*tty Clickbank product called Commission Blueprint. In that they advocate building fake review sites disguised as blogs with bogus headshots, bogus names and bogus product reviews - basically they steer you to the product that pays the biggest affiliate commission. Google is cracking down on these sort of sites but there must be hundreds and thousands of them so it's hard for the Spiders - the Robots, with their "LSI" Latent Semantic Indexing to work out whether the site is real or not. So I was amused to read this post on the Wicked Fire Forum. Unfortunately I've had to edit some of the stronger language.

I keep seeing all these threads about people getting slapped on Google and then they come here and whine like little bitches... The truth is, most of these campaigns DESERVE to get slapped.

You are running FAKE ASS review sites and blogs and you don't understand why you are getting targeted by Google? Wake the f*ck up.

If you want to be successful in affiliate marketing long-term, you need to begin to think about adding real value to the Internet. If you want to do review sites, why not do REAL review sites that actually provide value and help people make good decisions?

The people that begin to offer real value and help other people make good decisions are going to dominate on into the future. Following these principles allow me to completely dominate my niches. I focus on providing the best possible information to my visitors and Google rewards me by sending me cheap traffic and my sites effortlessly rise in the organic results. Google is smarter than you think.

Six Quick Adwords Tips (& some puppies)

Here's some quick Adwords PPC Marketing Tips that a puppie-lover sent me. They make a lot of sense. I'm betting he's read Perry Marshall's Definitive Guide to Google Adwords too.

Google Adwords can quickly become expensive if it is used incorrectly. The following tips will show you how to correctly setup your campaigns. You'll discover what to do and what to avoid.

  • Use Google's Adwords Editor to manage your campaigns.
The Adwords Editor is a free tool from Google that helps you manage your campaigns. It allows you to make bulk or multiple updates to your campaign. This saves you time and effort when compared to making manual changes online.
  • Disable the Content Network.
Beginners should stay away from the Content Network in Google Adwords. When you are just starting out, disable the content network in your PPC campaigns. Traffic from the content network is lower quality than Google search traffic, because it's coming from Google Adsense participants who don't care what quality of traffic they send your website. When you have proven ROI from your website, you can use placement campaigns or regular content network.
  • Set a reasonable daily budget.
You want to throttle your traffic and Adwords spending until you have a proven ROI. When you achieve a good ROI, you can increase the daily budget and increase your traffic. You don't want to throttle your campaign by bidding too low per click, because that can affect your CTR. You need a good CTR to maintain a good quality score. Throttling your campaign with a daily budget stops showing your ads, so you won't get impressions and damage your CTR.
  • Don't set your CPC too low.
You don't want to throttle your campaign by bidding too low per click, because that can affect your CTR. You need a good CTR to maintain a good quality score. You never want to damage your CTR by bidding too low. In fact, if you begin with a high bid, you can achieve a good CTR. After your achieve the high CTR, you can lower your CPC and still maintain a good position, saving money in the long run.
  • Don't hang on to poor performing keywords.
You probably have some keywords and ad groups that are not performing well. The half percent is a good goal for a well performing ad. Any ad group or keyword performing under a half percent with a high number of impressions needs to be altered. The poor performing ads can damage your overall campaign CTR and lower the quality score and position of your other ads. Remove the ad group or keyword. If you decide you simply must have this ad group or keyword, move it to it's own campaign and start split-testing sales copy changes.
  • Evaluate your landing pages as if you were performing SEO.
Your landing page is examined and scored by Adwords just like your website is for inclusion on the Google search engine. Performing SEO on your landing pages will improve your quality score. The Google webmaster tools can provide free information on how Google scores your pages. If you don't have a Google sitemap, you can create one for free at Google Webmasters Tools page.

Why Would You Buy YahooCash4Idiots?

YahooCash4Idiots says "...by accident I discovered something that would skyrocket our profits even more...a secret Yahoo glitch that no one knows about or has access to. So profitable but at the same time so simple. It took us months to perfect, but now it's so ridiculously easy to use - even a complete idiot could do it."

Wow! This is powerful stuff. And I'm an idiot so this is for me. Um...what is a glitch anyway?

(Glitch - bug: a fault or defect in a computer program, system, or machine.)

A Yahoo glitch eh? I can dig it. And if I buy this program I'll be able to milk Yahoo for all its worth. I mean these guys have done it. They have screenshots and everything. They're making millions out of this glitch. I want some of that. What do they claim on their landing page?

Clickbank pioneer accidentally discovers PPC formula and rakes $463,590,20 in only 58 days!

So why's he sharing it with the world? you ask. Look, sorry to burst your (South Sea) bubble but you're not going to make a million bucks by using these pay-per-click methods on Yahoo. Its all smoke and mirrors. Total B/S. There is no Yahoo Glitch. But don't take my word for it. Read what they're saying on respected internet marketing forums like WarriorForum -

"Bought it and returned it immediately.
Just a rehash of Google adwords for beginners.
No "glitch" whatsoever. Disappointing."

And here's another -
"There are some things on that sales page that don't ring true. For example, it says one of the reasons Google sucks is because it doesn't allow people to use affiliate links, which is totally not true. The rule is no more than one display url but affiliates CAN direct link.

A lot of it rubbed me wrong with the claims it makes and looks like it will only fool people who are really new. I was almost offended as I read it feeling like I was being spoken to as if I am stupid.

It's not true that Yahoo and MSN clicks are always cheaper. Very often they can be the same or more expensive. I know this from doing it.

They also had about the same number of impressions in the screenshots for both Yahoo and Google and while those might be real (or not) you probably will not get the same number of searches on Yahoo as Google. So even if those numbers are true, because they were for keyword phrases that might only happen to get searched as much in Yahoo as in Google, it might only give people the false "impression" you can get Google numbers in Yahoo in general, which at least in my experience you can't."

And another -

"Bought it, read it, immediately requested refund. ...the MAIN selling point was this supposed "Yahoo Glitch"... shoulda known. Nothing about it in the book, just re-hashed DJK stuff."

And another quote. Remember, this is from guys who know what they're doing -

"...it's even worse than the DJK stuff, because there isn't a single thing in this book that anyone but a rank, green, just off the street newbie wouldn't already know. They make it sound like using misspelled words is some earth shattering discovery. That's really about as meaty as it gets. They talk about their 2 brilliant strategies all through the book. But when you get to that section, it turns out that the two strategies are using search and using the content network. But nowhere is there any "Yahoo Glitch" of any kind discussed. Just the stuff the rawest newbie probably already picked up in this forum."

So why would you want to rush out and buy this dumb $77 program? Yahoo is not where the main action is anyway. Google is king. Google has the lion's share of the Search market for starters. Here's a quote from a Cnet article written Jan 7, 2009 -

"Searches at Windows Live Search fell 16.7 percent year over year, giving Microsoft 9.1 percent market share in the U.S. in November, according to Nielsen Online figures released earlier this week. Google's searches rose 21.7 percent, for 64.1 percent market share, and Yahoo's searches dropped 1.4 percent from November 2007, for 16.1 percent share."

There you go. Yahoo has a lousy 16.1% of the Search Market up against Google's massive 64.1% - it's them and daylight.

If you want to make money on PayPerClick marketing (PPC) you need to be on Google Adwords. Period. And you need to know what you are doing or you're going to get burnt.

BTW, check this out. Did you look at those Clickbank earnings screenshots on YahooCash4Idiots? Pretty impressive eh. What if I told you you could have those kind of results too? It's easy man. You can doctor those figures with a simple line of javascript in your browser. Like I've done here in the photo. Click on the thumbnail and it'll show you I made $106,540 last week. I'm braining it! Scroll down the page to the next post and I show you in a video exactly how

You Too Can Make Over $100k This Week!

.

Look, there is only one place to go to learn how to use Adwords properly. And that's Perry Marshall's "Definitive Guide to Google Adwords". That is the bible of PPC. Perry Marshall's books on Google advertising are hands down the most popular in the world. He is quoted all over the Internet and by USA Today, the Chicago Tribune and Entrepreneur Magazine amongst others.

Why pay $77 for a crappy rehash on stuff about Yahoo PPC when you can go to the source and get "The Definitive Guide to Google Adwords" by the King of PPC Perry Marshall for just $49?

And the latest edition of this book has been Updated with the Latest Developments - Including the notorious "Google Slap", Google's new Minimum Bids and Landing Page Quality Scores.

Tell him I sent you.

Malcolm Lambe is an Australian living in Paris. He makes a living online writing about Internet Marketing and PayPerClick Advertising. He thinks Clickbank affiliate program is full of scams and cons. "Water4Gas"? Come on. "Free Google Clicks"? Yeah right. "Penis Enlargement"? What kind of tool buys that?

Update: Ha ha ha. I just found a torrent of Yahoocash4Idiots. All 125 pages of it. Google it.
